1. General information
These sales and delivery conditions apply to the purchase of goods on www.tjugga.dk for delivery in Denmark. However, if delivery is desired to Greenland and the Faroe Islands, this will be at an additional cost in shipping costs. If you want to know these shipping prices in advance, you are always welcome to contact customer service. Otherwise you will be contacted after you purchase, to arrange further. The same applies to packages abroad.
Tjugga.dk makes reservations for price and printing errors as well as sold out items.
2. Purchase & payment
Tjugga.dk is open 24 hours a day, and you can therefore almost always shop. However, it may happen that we close the webshop due to site maintenance or have the company closed. You can only make purchases when the store is open and available.
You can change the contents of the shopping cart right up until you confirm your purchase by pressing the “Complete payment” button. Then your order goes on to Tjugga.dk. Once you have purchased an item from us, you will receive an order confirmation for our receipt of your purchase.

At Tjugga.dk we offer the following delivery options:
For purchases over DKK 399, we deliver free of charge to the parcel shop.
For purchases under DKK 399, the following prices apply:

When picking up at our warehouse, you save on shipping. Ordering and payment must be made via the webshop at normally.
Your package is ready for collection when you receive an email from us stating that the order has been completed and completed.
Orders are picked up at our warehouse (Entrance D). The name and order number must be provided when picking up.

3.1 Pick up at PostNord or GLS parcel shop
You choose in which parcel shop you want to pick up your parcel. When you enter your email address and your mobile number. PostNord or GLS will automatically send you an email / sms when your package is ready for collection. Here is what you need to bring and state when you pick up the package.

3.4 Delivery time for the item
You will always be able to see the expected delivery time, by the item itself.
As standard, we deliver within 1-3 working days, unless otherwise stated under the item in question.
4. Right of withdrawal
When you shop at Tjugga.dk, you always have a 30-day full return right from the day you received the item. However, it is required that the item is unused and sent back in the same condition as upon receipt and in original packaging / box with the original labels / marks. You can also return the item at our warehouse.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by either email (( Kundeservice@tjugga.dk or tel. (+45) 25 21 57 55. Subsequently, the item must be in our hands at our twenty webshop within 30 days of purchase.
You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.
On some items there is no right of withdrawal, or you can lose your right of withdrawal, eg due to the nature of the item, or where you can lose your right of withdrawal by breaking any. seals. Read more in section 4.1.2 “goods except the right of withdrawal”.
4.1 Return

When returning, you should make sure that the goods are securely packed. You are responsible for the package / goods until we receive it. Therefore save the postal receipt and possibly track and trace number. Remember to enclose a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation for your purchase.
Refunds are made to the payment card with which the order was completed or account transfer. Note that it may take a few days before you can see the money in your account. You must pay the shipping costs when returning the item when you regret it.
Note! We do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery or without delivery.
4.1.1 Repayment of the purchase amount
When we receive the item back, we check it and you get a refund of the item’s purchase price. You will be responsible for any shipping costs for returning the item. For items purchased in the webshop, the amount will always be transferred to the same means of payment with which you paid for the purchase. For example, if you paid by card, the purchase amount is returned to the payment card you used for the purchase. However, any shipping costs for self-selected delivery method upon purchase will not be refunded.
From the time we receive your return order until you can see the money returned to your account, a maximum of 14 days pass, but often a shorter time.
4.1.1.2 Note:
Within the first 14 days after you regret your purchase, you may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the value of the item has deteriorated because you have actually used the item, it has been damaged while you were responsible for it, you have handled the item in a different way than was necessary for you to determine the nature of the item. , properties and the way in which they work, you have not followed the restrictions on the right of withdrawal that follow from sealing, product type etc. In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the product, but not take it into actual use. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted. However, if you regret the purchase later than 14 days after delivery, the item must be returned in unused condition.
4.1.2 Goods except the right of withdrawal
For safety and hygiene reasons, there are items that are exempt from the right of withdrawal if the item has been used and / or if the seal has been broken.
5. Complaints
Your purchase of covered by the Purchase Act, including the defect rules. This means that you have a 2-year right to make a complaint and that you can either have a defective item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the item. We recommend that you complain as soon as possible and within 2 months after the error was discovered.

When you return the item, please also state in as much detail as possible what the problem is. Also remember to enclose a copy of order confirmation or other type of documentation so that we can track your order in our system.
If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your reasonable shipping costs for sending the item back to us. Otherwise, you must bear all shipping costs yourself, including our shipping costs for returning the item after inspection.
Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and receive a receipt for shipment. You are responsible for the package / goods until our receipt. Therefore save postal receipt incl. information on shipping costs and possibly track and trace number.

What is personal data?
